The legend of Dr.Atomik

Nobody has heard of him for years. According to rumors he has been voluntarily isolated in his a personal fortress in the middle of the (Siberian?) steppes. The same rumors insist that his sole occupation during all that period of time has been taking care of his mythical collection of... nuclear weapons. The only thing that's for sure is that the elderly Supervillain  has now decided to come back as a... Rock 'n' Roller! So, he has set up a band that  bare his name and uses them to fulfill his obscure plans. He manipulates musicians from afar, aided by today's  advanced remote controlling systems...

He's in no hurry. He knows time is on his side!
